7:00am & 8:00am 4:30pm & 5:30pm 6:30pm 9:00am Just as it sounds, this is for the truly ELITE. This is for the ones that are really looking to dial in their body, whether it is for personal achievement or to train for a specific upcoming event. This program incorporates much more weight training than the others and there are specific requirements for entry into this program.
