Our entry level course for those new to Fit2YourCore. This program focuses on proper form and technique and will be used to set a solid baseline for both strength and cardio. There will be certain requirements that must be met in order to progress to the next program. Level 1 runs for 4 weeks with only 3 workouts per week (total of 12 workouts). It is critical that you attend all 3 workouts for the week so you will be on track with completing the program. We have it designed so that you must make one of each of the following: Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You must attend and complete the entire course before you can partake in Level 2.

This program is where the bulk of weight loss, strength & cardio gains will occur. There is a heavy dose of nutritional education included. We will focus on getting you physically fit and mentally strong to make sure that this is a lifestyle for you. This program could take months to years to get to the next level, as each person is different.

Just as it sounds, this is for the truly elite. This is for the ones that are really looking to dial in their body, whether it is for personal achievement or possibly a physical competition of some sort. This program incorporates much more weight training than the others and there will be extremely difficult requirements in order to graduate to this level.
